Fenchols may be found in rosemary, hops, nutmeg and pine oil, in hemp as well as in the peel of various citrus fruits.
Fenchols act as antioxidants and anticoagulants, and have a positive influence on gastrointestinal activity. Studies have shown that fenchols are also able to inhibit the growth of tumor cells and to support the absorption of therapeutic drugs.
